If your student is planning to attend college, university, or community college during the 2027-2028 school year, here's an important heads-up:

The FAFSA was expected to open on October 1, but it quietly opened last week!

Don't wait to complete and submit both the student and parent portions of the application. Filing early can help avoid delays and ensure your student has the best opportunity to receive available financial aid.
