We had SO much fun at our annual Halloween Dance last night!

A huge thank you to for hosting us and making the evening one to remember!

We also want to give a special shoutout to Bobby G for his top-notch DJ skills! The music was an absolute hit and the dance floor stayed busy the entire night!🎵

And congratulations to our costume contest winners! We wished we could have given everyone a prize.

NDEAM Spotlight: Broadridge!🚚

Next up, we want to shine a light on Broadridge's associate facility in East Hartford, where Nico and Shawn are part of the crew!

Our MARC individuals assist with preparing cardboard packaging for shipments, contributing to the daily operations of the business while simultaneously developing their skills in the workplace.

Jeff, the owner/operator, has been part of the business for nearly 38 years! He shares that the most rewarding part of his work is the satisfaction of a job well done and the relationships he's built along the way.

Ray, Nico and Shawn's job coach, has spent the past 8 years supporting individuals in the workplace. His goal is to help the two strengthen their skills, take on greater responsibility, and experience as much independence as possible.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, Ray shares that he finds the most fulfillment in watching individuals grow and building those meaningful relationships along the way.

We appreciate all that Broadridge has given our individuals and their dedication to creating an inclusive workspace.☺️

Yesterday, we welcomed the Manchester Registrars of Voters to MARC for an Accessible Voting System Demonstration!

We explored accessible voting technology, participated in a mock election, and learned more about making our voices heard.
