There’s nothing to be ashamed of if you need time to focus on your mental state. There’s nothing to be ashamed of if you need help with your mental health. Therapy and/or medication are not weaknesses.

Today, try to give yourself time to rest and recover. Read a book, play a game, watch a movie, listen to music, whatever it is that makes you happy.

You are loved, and you deserve to be here. Your mental health is just as important as any other part of your health.
