Today we’re celebrating Lindrell and FOUR incredible years with FFBWW! 💚
As our Executive Operations Manager and a key member of our executive and leadership team, Lindrell plays an essential role in supporting the management, coordination, and overall success of FFBWW.

Working closely with our CEO and across the organization, Lindrell is a trusted and steady force behind our work, helping ensure that our executive and organizational functions stay strong, connected, and moving forward.

We especially appreciate Lindrell’s sound judgment, discretion, grounding energy, and her deep commitment to our team and mission. Much of what it takes to keep a thriving organization moving happens behind the scenes, and Lindrell is an essential part of making it work. And through it all, she brings plenty of heart, humor, and laughter! 💚

Lindrell, thank you for four years of leadership, partnership, and unwavering support of our CEO, our team, and FFBWW. We deeply appreciate the many ways you contribute to the strength and success of our organization. We are stronger because you are part of this team!

COMMUNITY, help us celebrate Lindrell and show her some well-deserved anniversary love in the comments! 🎉👏🏾💚

COMMUNITY! Help us celebrate Alana’s 4-year work anniversary as our Administrative & Operations Assistant at the Foundation for Black Women’s Wellness!

For four years, Alana has been an essential member of our team, helping support and keep the day-to-day operations of our organization running strong. As a core member of our Operations Team, she handles critical behind-the-scenes functions and details, making sure our team has what it needs, and ensures that everyone who walks through our doors feels welcomed and cared for—all with incredible consistency and poise.

From supporting the countless administrative and operational details that keep FFBWW moving forward – to jumping in wherever needed, Alana brings reliability, initiative, and a true team-first spirit to her work. She is someone we can count on—and that matters tremendously in a fast-moving organization like ours.

And if you've had a sneak peek of our new Wellness Center, you already know one of the best parts of walking through the door: being greeted by Alana's bright smile and welcoming spirit! She has a special way of making our staff, partners, participants, and guests feel seen, supported, and right at home.

Alana, thank you for four years of showing up, holding things down, caring deeply, and helping FFBWW move forward every single day. Your work matters. Your presence matters. And we are so grateful to have you on this team!

COMMUNITY, help us celebrate Alana and show her some love in the comments!

Wellness isn’t just something we talk about — it’s something we intentionally weave into the fabric of what we do, and is the foundation of our work.

This month, our team and our Ambassadors have been putting wellness into action! We’ve stepped away from our desks for adult recess at a local park near our new office, we’ve been canvassing across the city in preparation for the 18th Annual Black Women's Wellness Day , and supporting our Walk Captains as they continue to build community through regular, weekly movement!

In honor of Wellness Wednesday we encourage you to get involved and take action!
