The NARPM Florida State Chapter is currently accepting applications for the 2027 Treasurer position.

Serving on the Executive Board is an opportunity to do more than hold a title. It means giving back to our industry, connecting with fellow property management professionals, sharing knowledge, helping shape the future of our organization, and creating opportunities for other members to grow.

NARPM is about education, networking, leadership, professional development, and community. Being part of the Executive Board gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution while building relationships and growing as a leader.

So THIS is what a NARPM Florida State Conference looks like… ON A CRUISE!

Education. Connections. Collaboration. Incredible affiliates. New ideas. A whole lot of laughter. And a little fun in paradise.

We took professional development out of the traditional ballroom and onto the high seas aboard Utopia of the Seas. From powerful education and conversations that sparked new ideas to relationships strengthened outside the classroom, this conference was about so much more than what happened on stage.

THIS is NARPM.

Learning together. Growing together. Supporting one another. And continuing to elevate the property management industry.

We came to Glow Up. Show Up. Level Up.

And Florida NARPM definitely showed up.

Legislative Panel ⚖️🏠

John Bradford, Monica Gilroy, Harry Heist and Tyler Craddock, moderated by Marshall Fulton, brought the legislative conversation to our NARPM Florida State Conference at sea! 🚢

We talked about the laws, advocacy efforts and issues impacting property managers—and then Harry had the entire room convinced some pretty scary legislation was headed our way. 😂 The collective panic was REAL… only to find out those laws weren’t actually coming. We almost died, Harry! 🤣

Informative, engaging, and definitely one of the most memorable sessions of the conference. This is exactly why staying informed and having strong voices advocating for our industry matters. 💪🏠⚖️
