Music Makes a Difference MMAD! is a nonprofit with volunteers dedicated to supporting musicians, venues, and local charities

President of Music Makes a Difference!, Bill Zorr, had a gnawing to do something that could make a difference in his community. So, knowing that the best outcome is usually a result of following your passions he started up a non-profit that seeks to support live music by contracting bands to play in local venues and any additional funds raised via donations and sponsorships will be donated to local charities or in a way that directly help those in need.

MMAD! is featuring Adam Ezra Group this coming November but they are live streaming today at 2pm if you’d like to see the treat we are in for this fall at Atwood Music Hall!

It’s days like this when you go out to see live music and the Wisconsin weather is cold but the band still plays and the crowd stays. Then you happen upon a cigar bar to warm up with a scotch whisky and discover they have live music every Wednesday. Time to add The Tasting Room of Monona to the lineup.

Thank you Foo Foo Dolls for playing even when your fingers were freezing off and thank you Halverson Road Music for entertaining us while we thawed out.
