We are so thankful to have Christ Church Madison as a church partner with Safe Families Dane County. Since the spring, they have hit the ground running and now have a team of fifteen onboarded volunteers and counting! We are so grateful for the compassionate hearts of these volunteers as they dive into new connections with the families we serve. Thank you, Christ Church Madison!

Safe Families started as a group of people who wanted to give vulnerable families more supportive and safe choices in the midst of challenging circumstances.
The goal? To give parents the support they need and prevent children unnecessarily entering the child welfare system.
How are we different from foster care? Hosting with safe families is always voluntary and parents never lose custody of their children. Read below to learn more.
