Thank you to everyone who came out for our Inaugural Walk & Talk Wellness Event! 💜 It was such a joy meeting new faces, connecting with the community, and getting our steps in together.

The purpose of this event is to raise funds supporting our four core initiatives: providing care boxes to newly listed or newly transplanted patients, hosting community wellness walks, sponsoring a family for Christmas, and offering financial assistance to newly transplanted patients.

Our guests are encouraged to wear semi-formal attire in elegant shades of green, complementing our magical enchanted garden theme. Tickets are $65 and the evening will feature a live auction, live entertainment, and exquisite cuisine designed to create an unforgettable experience.

April is National Donate Life Month, which focuses on honoring organ donors, celebrating transplant recipients, supporting families impacted by donation and transplantation, and educating communities about the importance and impact of registering as an organ donor.

Blue and Green Spirit week kicked off on Saturday, April 4th. In honor of "Thank Your Healthcare Team" day, our Founder, Candice Stephens, wants to personally acknowledge her pre- and post- transplant healthcare team, from Piedmont Atlanta's transplant evaluation committee for accepting her as a candidate to the hospital's janitorial service. She is just shy of her 10 year (kidney) and eight year (pancreas) anniversaries and is forever grateful for the pivotal role each person has played her continued success.
