URGENT - Rachel needs immediate placement!

She's been in one of our foster homes for a few weeks and has shown herself to be dog aggressive. She has attacked two dogs, one of them multiple times. However, Rachel is an absolute sweetheart with people! The Fosters really wanted to adopt Rachel, but they need to keep their other dog safe.

Rachel is an absolute dream with children as you can see in the photos. She's not a cat person. We only have a very few days to find a viable option for Rachel. If you don't have any other dogs and you don't have cats, let us know if you are willing to foster or possibly adopt Rachel. We are not exaggerating when we tell you she is a sweetheart. MEET ADOPTABLE MARVIN!!! From his foster:

Marvin is a playful little guy, about 3 months old. His puppy energy in full force, but let me tell ya…. His heart is in full force too. While Marvin will play play play, he will also give you all the snuggles, nuzzles, and kisses.

Marvin gets along great with Ruby who is a year and a half old. He is curious in a positive way about Ash (the cat). Marvin is so smart and catches on very quickly. He does well in his crate, and he has picked up on potty training quickly as well. Marvin is very treat and affection oriented. He is in his chewing stage and loves his bones to chew on. Sometimes Marv ventures off to the blanket, but simple reminders with the bone and he’s good to go again.

Marvin is very special and very trainable! He would do well other pets in the house. He seems very curious about everyone, and I do not believe he would have any issues with small children once he learns their boundaries.

Meet Aine!

Aine (Awn-ya) is a gorgeous 6-month-old rescue puppy with soulful eyes, a snowy white face, and charming black eyebrows that make her impossible to forget. Sweet, shy, and quiet, she has a gentle spirit and is looking for a loving home where she can grow in confidence and share her affectionate nature. Aine is ready for her first real chance at the life she deserves and a family to call her own.

Aine enjoys the dogs in her foster home and gravitates to the kiddos with sweet love and gentleness. We cannot imagine cats would be a problem. Aine does not have an aggressive bone in her body.

Macomb, IL residents and all animal guardians, please be aware of this situation. Our MPD shared on their page this may have something to do with a new Tiktok trend. What a horrible trend.

Please keep an eye out for stray hotdogs in your yards/on your property. We had a client on Pierce street find multiple hot dogs with pills inside on his property. At this time we don’t know why they were present or who did it.

Hey Peeps! Can we talk about puppies and dogs a little bit? The ones we post needing foster homes, etc? When we post mixes, we tend to describe them by what we, and others, think is the prominent breed in the mix. BUT because we are a bully breed specific rescue, you can bet we, and others, believe there is bully breed DNA in the mix! We LOVE our bully breeds, just like you do, and we do our best to stay true to our mission of saving bully breeds and mixes thereof.

When we post dogs and sometimes puppies, without mentioning a breed, the same holds true. They are bully breeds. If we happen to be compelled to save a non-bully breed, we will let you know that we won't hold their non-bully status against them. We will love them, too.

Hope this clears up things.

P.S. With litters of pups, 9 times out of ten, the owner of the mama dog has no idea which neighborhood dog came knockin' boots with their little unaltered princess, so breed guesses are based on appearance. 😍😘

😔 Our hearts break for Heaven.

This beautiful girl has been waiting far too long for a place to truly call home. Since returning to our rescue last summer, Heaven has been living in a facility-based foster setting. While we are incredibly grateful to her foster for providing her with a safe place and working so hard with her, Heaven deserves what every dog dreams of—a real home and a family of her own.
