Route 19 Service Notice

Beginning August 24, 2026, Route 19 will no longer operate as a Go West fixed route. Route 19 will now operate as a request-only pickup service.

Service Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm

How the New Service Works
Passengers may call 309-837-7433 to request transportation:
- from any Route 19 stop to the City Center
- from the City Center back to any Route 19 stop
- when passengers are ready for pickup

Traveling Between Route 19 Stops
Passengers needing transportation from one Route 19 stop to another Route 19 stop must call ahead to schedule a Demand Response Ride. To schedule a ride or request a pickup, call: 309-837-7433

❗Attention! Good Food Pantry will be closed on September 1 and 3 for renovations. During the closure, our WIRC Main office will have emergency bags of non-perishables available for those who need them.
