When businesses in the community support local nonprofits, not because the have to, but because they want to, so many benefit!

We were honored to have McKinley-Holloway Legacy Dentistry in Shelby Township nominate Macomb Charitable as their charity of choice in the Smiles for Life Campaign. As an all volunteer group, gifts like this allow us to focus on our main goal of helping homeless kids in Macomb County.

This gift will be used for food, shelter, clothing and more. Thank you to our friends at McKinley-Holloway Legacy Dentistry for proving they have the best interest of their community at heart!

Shout out to MCF supporter Renee VanderHagen who had an idea and ran with it! At our April newsletter stuffing, Renee proposed the idea of a Pickleball fundraiser. We loved the idea, but our core group of board members are already busy chairing other events. Renee was happy to take the project on.

On Saturday, October 10th, the first ever MCF Pickleball Tournament was held at Metro Pickleball in Clinton Twp.! Special thanks to Brayden Steimle from Metro Pickleball for donating the courts, Chris Tessmar from Crest Lincoln for sponsoring the event and to Vince & Joe's for nourishment! Renee did a fantastic job of
organizing, recruiting and running the event. We have the BEST supporters. Thank you Renee for implementing your idea to help the many homeless children in Macomb County.

MTPR will once again be collecting your leftover Halloween candy for our annual Candy 4 Kids drive in partnership with the Macomb Charitable Foundation! 🍭🍫🍬

Your donations will help make Christmas special for kids in need. Just drop off any extra candy at the Recreation Center front desk during regular business hours from November 1 through 15.

The Macomb Charitable Foundation would like to acknowledge Greg and Tracie Guracech for hosting another successful Mixed Golf Outing this past weekend.

Tracie and Greg have been steadfast partners in our mission to serve children in our community who have no place to call home. Because of their efforts MCF can continue to provide food, clothing, shelter and hope to these children. Thank you to all the golfers who were not deterred by the rain and embraced the cause! We are incredibly lucky to have you in our corner.
