HAPPY TAIL! 🥹

We had Hank baby FIVE. WHOLE. YEARS. 😭 For so long, Hank watched other dogs come and go. He waited patiently, hoping that someday someone would walk in and see what we’ve always seen in him: a goofy, lovable boy with a BIG personality and an even bigger heart.

And then… his family came. 🥹

An absolutely AMAZING family met Hank, fell completely in love with his personality, and knew that he was their dog.

After five years of waiting, Hank finally has a family to call his own. And honestly? We couldn’t have written a better ending for his story.

To Hank’s new family, THANK YOU for seeing him. Thank you for giving him the chance he waited so long for. And thank you for loving the quirky, silly, wonderful dog that we have loved for the past five years. ❤️

Hank, you were worth the wait, and this is why we keep going.

Here’s to the long-term residents who are still waiting for their happily ever after. Sometimes it just takes a little longer to find the right person. Choose Adoption and please don’t overlook the dogs who have been waiting the longest. 🐶❤️

Meet Millie and Callie! ❤️
These 2 sweet angels found themselves in a shelter, they didnt have much time left, but thanks to a wonderful shelter advocate Torie Rios we found out about them! We immediately wanted to get them to safety and thanks to our amazing friends, Colorado Corgis and Friends Rescue we have them with us! They are precious beyond words. A little shy, but nothing some love and patience can't fix! These girls will be with us for a couple of weeks before they make their way to Colorado. Please everyone say HI and show them some love 🥹

🐦 ❤️Are there any bird people out there that would like to take these babies in? Its not our usual post but these babies need a home soon and we would like to try to find them a place asap! Their human is recovering in the hospital and unfortunately it will be a while so they have decided to rehome for their safety. The blue one is Male, the green one is female. They can have the cages and then all the stuff that goes with it.

🥹❤️We have so many sweet baby kitties that are headed to Colorado soon, but we could use your help with these kitties! There are 13 of them headed out but not until Sept 12th. Which means in the meantime they need to eat a lot and use litter! The littlest babies are still on soft food and really have only tolerated fancy feast... they have a taste for the good stuff apparently. If you feel led to help us we would be so very grateful and I know the kitties sure would appreciate it! ❤️

❤️Alright yall! This gal has been to the vet for her elderly doggy check up (don't tell her we called it that). She is perfect and all is well. She is sweet, loving, smart and a couch potato... now she has a clean bill of health and bloodwork is all good according to her vet. Now she needs one last thing - a home. Is there anyone that wants to give this girl a loving home in her twilight years? She is only 10 and has a lot of love left to give! Please help us find Maggie a home!🥹

ADOPTABLE! ❤️🥹

Meet the silliest boy, Gizmo. He came all the way from a San Antonio where he was found roaming and nearly ended up in a kill shelter. We couldn't let that happen. He is been with us for a few months. Gizmo is very sweet, loves all other dogs! He does great with kids and loves people. He is energetic and playful. He is only 6 months old, just a baby still. Let us know if you would like to meet him!!

🐾 WHAT’S THAT?! 10 PUPPIES?! 🐾

Ummm… YES! 😍 Ten round little munchkins with the sweetest faces and a very sad backstory. 💔

Meet our newest babies! Some already have names, and a few are still waiting for the perfect ones. 🥰 Thanks to two absolutely amazing fosters, we were able to split this crew up a bit, and they are now nice and cozy indoors, getting all the love, cuddles! ❤️

Their story starts in a cotton field. No one knew these babies were nestled safely inside a few large round hay bales until one day, a mama dog showed up at our good friend’s home. She looked like she had been nursing, so our friend went on a mission to find her babies.

And there they were. 🥺

Tucked safely inside the hay bales, exactly where mama had placed them, the only way she knew how to protect her babies from the dangers around them.

Our other amazing friend quickly came to the rescue and built a fantastic puppy pen so we could get mama and her babies safely out of the hay bales and keep a close eye on everyone while mama continued nursing.

From a cotton field and hay bales to warm beds, full bellies, and lots of love… these babies are officially on their way to a much brighter future. 🐶❤️

Now comes the fun part, watching these 10 little munchkins grow, thrive, and eventually find their forever families! 🥰
