馃寛 : Kilt +鉃★笍 Kilt Plus

Meet Carlos Jimenez, founder of Kilt+, a growing fashion brand based in Provincetown, MA, and an EforAll graduate.馃挕

Kilt+ was born during the pandemic, when Carlos was unable to purchase kilts from his preferred brand. He began making his own designs, which quickly gained attention from friends who wanted to buy them. Encouraged by the response, he officially launched Kilt+ in 2021 as an online business selling kilts and accessories.

Without formal business training, Carlos joined the EforAll Business Accelerator to gain structure, focus, and discipline as his business grew. The program helped him refine his vision while connecting with a supportive cohort of fellow entrepreneurs facing similar challenges. Guidance from mentors encouraged him to think bigger and continue pushing forward.

In 2024, Carlos opened his first brick-and-mortar store in Provincetown, MA, and due to continued growth, Kilt+ has since expanded into an even larger location in town. 鉃★笍 Swipe to see the new space!

Meet Tamora Israel, a poet, multidisciplinary artist, performer, cultural organizer, Co-CEO of Ascending Phoenix Productions, and an EforAll graduate. 馃挕

Alongside her wife and business partner, Dean Israel, Tamora is helping reshape how communities experience the performing arts. Ascending Phoenix Productions blends live social events, theater productions, and creative workshops to create spaces where storytelling, connection, and artistic expression can thrive.

In 2024, Tamora was recognized with a Black Excellence Award from the Massachusetts Black and Latino Legislative Caucus for her contributions to education, culture, and activism.

Meet David, co-founder of Q***r the Scene (QTS), an LGBTQ+ production and event company based in Worcester, MA, and an alumnus of an EforAll 2023 Accelerator cohort.

QTS creates high-quality productions and events across New England that celebrate q***r culture, creativity, and community. From pageants and storytelling platforms to fundraisers, nightlife experiences, and their sold-out monthly production, The Best Little Drag Brunch, QTS provides a platform for LGBTQ+ artists of all backgrounds to showcase their talent, art, and stories.
