We’re making some exciting enhancements to our program! As part of this update, all future content and announcements will now be shared through EforAll’s national page starting January 15. You’ll automatically become a follower of Entrepreneurship for All - EforAll, and do not need to do anything.

Our free 12-week Business Accelerator program will continue to be available to all Lynn residents in both English (EforAll) and Spanish (EparaTodos).

💡 After working in dental offices for nearly 20 years and practicing dentistry for ten, Dr. Joke Alesh, DMD, MPH, wanted to create a space where patients felt genuinely cared for, not rushed. That vision came to life with Marigold Dental Studio, a general dental office in Rhode Island that specializes in preventive, cosmetic, and biomimetic dentistry, built on the belief that oral care should be as compassionate as it is clinical.

Mentor Spotlight: Yonatan De La Cruz Mota 💡

Yonatan De La Cruz Mota began his banking career in Puerto Rico before relocating to Rhode Island in 2013. Yonatan currently serves as the AVP Branch Manager for Centreville Bank’s West Warwick branch. He started mentoring with EparaTodos in 2024. This opportunity allowed him to support early-stage entrepreneurs from Spanish-speaking communities by providing culturally relevant guidance.

We’re inspired by mentors like Yonatan, whose professional journey and passion for community development strengthen our entrepreneurial ecosystem. 💡

💡Sandra Woodward, a nurse, and her sister Silvia Florez noticed that many Spanish-speaking patients struggled to access the care they needed. This inspired them to launch Pearl Home Care, a service that provides skilled medical care and emotional support, especially for those facing language barriers.

The Business Accelerator gave her the structure and support she needed, from business training to mentorship.
