Louisa Co. Ruritan Club We are the charter organization for Louisa Scout Troops 3/1003 & Cub Scout Pack 183. We meet on the 3rd Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at Louisa Presbyterian Church.

We love our involvement with the youth of our community and our veterans and emergency services.

It's Brunswick Stew time in Mineral. The Louisa Ruritan Club is making stew today. Stop by the Mineral Fire Department and pick up a quart or two, $10 each. We will be here until 6 p.m. Can't make it today? Call 540-894-7993 to arrange for pick up another time.

Thank you to everyone who supported our Brunswick Stew fundraiser Thursday and Friday. Your support of our organization or Boy Scout Troops 3 and 1003 and Cub Scout Pack 183 will enable us to help many in the community this year. If you missed us, we still have a limited number of quarts available for $10 a quart. You can message us here or call 540-894-7993 to arrange for pick up.

Thank you to everyone who supported our fall chicken BBQ. We sold over 800 dinners and our crackpot cooking crew barbecued over 950 half chickens. The leftovera are being shredded for our Brunswick stew November 7 and 8. Details to follow soon.

It's that time of year. Come see us in the parking lot at Walmart Zions Crossroads beginning Friday, June 21 through Thursday, July 4 (longer if we have merchandise) from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. each evening. Get your pyrotechnics to celebrate the Fourth of July holiday weekend as well as some extras for the Olympics.
