Louisa 4-H Louisa 4-H is open to all youth ages 5-18 who wish to participate. Give us a call or come join us in Louisa County 4-H!

We have clubs, camps, school programs, and special enrichment workshops in everything from animals to nutrition to leadership. 🎓 Congratulations to these amazing young people! 🎓

We are so proud to have been a small part of their journey through programs like 4-H Camp, 4-H Livestock Club, 4-H Teen Club, and 4-H Envirothon, Wildlife, and Forestry. Watching these students grow into confident, capable leaders has been an incredible privilege.

Your hard work, dedication, and determination have brought you to this exciting milestone, and we can’t wait to see where your next chapter takes you. The future is bright, and we know you will do great things!

Yesterday, two Louisa senior youth participated in the District Communications Contest in preparation for State 4-H Congress. Both earned blue ribbons and represented Louisa well!

In the afternoon, our junior Louisa Gourmet Gang, and a senior Sizzle and Spice teams competed in the District Food Challenge.Gourmet Gang placed 5th in their division and Sizzle and Spice was 2nd.

🎨🇺🇸 Calling all 4-H’ers in grades 3–12! Celebrate America’s 250th by entering the American Heroes Student Art Contest. Create original 2D artwork and a short artist statement inspired by one of 250 historic Americans.

🏆 Winners will earn a trip to Washington, DC this July, with their work featured at the Great American State Fair and honored at a national ceremony.

Yesterday our Cooking Club competeted in the Beef Challenge Competition in Harrisonburg, VA. They worked super hard, show teamwork, and learned so much. Both the Junior Team (The Gourmet Gang) and our Senior Team (Sizzle and Spice) place 4th in each division! Congratulations to both of our teams & we can't wait to see you in action next week!
