Bits n’ Bows is currently a team of 9 riders, and our equine counterparts. Our passion is performing intricately choreographed maneuvers on horseback, set to music. Our goal is to entertai
n, show sportsmanship, horsemanship, teamwork, and dedication. Our purpose is to help not only the communities we come from, but the communities that welcome us along the way.
2017 will be Bit n’ Bows first competition season as a team, and we are very eager and excited to share our passion with others. Even though this coming competition season will be our first as a team, all of our team members have been lucky enough not only to be friends, but equestrians for quite some time now. Our team is unique in that most of us have come from previously rival teams and come together to form Bits n’ Bows. By having such different equestrian backgrounds it gives us the opportunity to blend all of our combined knowledge together in order to give our audience the best performance possible. Our motivating inspiration is to inspire and involve our audiences, not only during our equestrian events, but our community awareness events. Our team believes in giving back to the communities that have allowed us so much already. As we are an equestrian team, we aim for the promotion and education of the equestrian life style. We hope to inspire people so they get involved both the equestrian communities as well as their own communities.
