Laura Joiner and the The Sam Thompson Foundation have been wonderful supporters and partners over the years. I’ve witnessed so much of the good the foundation has done for the race horse community from Scholarships to rescue efforts at Ruidoso during the floods. This is my favorite silent auction item to send to her yet.

We would like to thank everyone for all the prayers, support and encouragement throughout this difficult period. Danny loved hearing from all of you throughout his fight with this unfair opponent. Your stories and memories of all the great times, horses, races and friendships kept him going for a long time. He chose cremation and did not want a funeral service but we do at a later date want to have a celebration of life where the stories can continue. Please instead of flowers make a contribution to the Permanently Disabled Jockey’s Fund or the Sam Thompson Memorial Fund in Danny’s name. Thank you so much.
