Thanks to everyone who attended, donated, and supported our Shine Bright Gala 2026. These funds will support our Winter/Spring 2027 Title I school programming, our A Kid’s Place Christmas Give Back project, and Summer Camp scholarships!

Once a camper, now the person helping other kids feel at home. 🫂

When Gaby first joined us, she was a quiet 3rd grader who was still figuring out where she fit in.

Over the years, she found her people, discovered her voice, and became someone who believed in herself.

Today, she’s back with us in a whole new role, helping the next generation of campers feel welcomed, encouraged, and confident.

Watching Gaby’s journey come full circle is exactly why we do what we do. 💖

On October 10th, we’ll come together for our Shine Bright Gala to help create more opportunities for children like Gaby.

We’re bringing together our amazing community of parents, staff, volunteers and board members for—a weekly bake sale where delicious treats help make a difference!

Each week, we’ll feature a few delicious baked treats made by members of our amazing community! From cookies and cupcakes to brownies and specialty goodies, there will always be something new and sweet to look forward to. 🍪🧁🍰
