We are so proud of Girl Scout Cadettes Camilla, Rose, and Ada of Troop 33529 for earning the Girl Scout Silver Award!
Using funds earned through Girl Scout Cookie sales, they created and distributed mental health awareness brochures to help middle school students recognize anxiety and depression, find healthy coping strategies, and know where to seek support.
What started with 200 pamphlets at Randall Middle School has now reached 39 middle schools across Hillsborough County. Their project was even recognized by the Hillsborough County School Board.
This is what Girl Scouts do—turn cookie proceeds into meaningful community impact. We couldn't be prouder!
Congratulations to these amazing young leaders for making a difference in our community! 💚
