💚 CEO Award of Excellence Form – Important Info + Friendly Reminder 💚

This form is completed at the end of the Girl Scout year (May), but it reflects the full program year from September through May.

Think of it as a “plan vs. reality” reflection:

👉 At the start of the year (planning mindset):
You note what your troop intended to do—meetings, badges, journeys, trips, service projects, and events.

👉 At the end of the year (now):
You go back and update what your troop actually completed based on those plans.

The goal is to capture the full Girl Scout Leadership Experience—not just what was planned, but everything your girls accomplished throughout the year.

Girl Scouts runs on the hearts and hands of amazing volunteers—troop leaders, helpers, product managers, event planners, and so many more who help girls grow into courageous, confident leaders.

This month, Girl Scouts of West Central Florida is celebrating the difference between appreciation (thanking volunteers for who they are) and recognition (honoring what they do). Both matter—and our volunteers deserve both!

There are many ways to celebrate:
