Students from Linden Robotics FRC RoboEagles and FTC Battle Blazers/Electric Eagles went to Great Lakes National Cemetery to honor veterans at the request of their families and friends. Each wreath was placed with care and respect, remembering the sacrifice made by each individual.

Our team is grateful for all of the donations and grave requests. We honored 25 veterans and raised enough money for 141 wreaths and a scholarship for a Linden High School senior.

REMINDER: the annual Linden Robotics Wreath Fundraiser for 2025 is going on now through November 24, 2025.

RESPECT, HONOR, AND TEACH
Each $17 donation purchases a wreath to be placed on a veteran's grave in the Great Lakes National Cemetery. You do not have to specify a veteran; the intent is to help Wreaths Across America cover all of the gravesites.

Your support will ensure that the legacy of duty, service and sacrifice of that veteran is never forgotten.

For grave specific requests*, please message or leave a comment with your veteran's name, or send an email to [email protected].

*Please note that each donation of $17 guarantees a wreath will go to GLNC. However, your donation is not a purchase for a specific grave. Our teams volunteer to place many of the wreaths and do our best to get to everyone on our list. If a grave request has a wreath or grave blanket we will not place a donated wreath on top. Instead the donated wreath will be placed on a neighboring veteran as there are never enough for every veteran to receive one.

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR SENIORS
A portion of each wreath sponsored is used to fund the annual Linden Robotics Scholarship fund, which awards scholoarships for Linden High School Seniors who are entering a STEM-related field.

The annual Linden Robotics Wreath Fundraiser for 2025 is going on now through December 1, 2025. Please follow this page for reminders, updates, and photos (photos will be posted on this page after December 14, 2025).

For each $17 donation, a wreath will be purchased and placed on a veteran's grave in the Great Lakes National Cemetery by volunteers from either Wreaths Across America or friends and family of Linden Robotics. You do not have to specify a veteran; the intent is to help Wreaths Across America cover all of the gravesites.

Your support will ensure that the legacy of duty, service and sacrifice of that veteran is never forgotten.

As a separate additional service, Linden Robotics will honor requests for wreaths to be placed on specific veteran's graves. We will share photos on this page of these special requests.

A portion of the sales go back to the Linden Robotics scholarship fund. The scholarship is awarded to Linden seniors who are pursuing a STEM-related field after graduation.
