The Michigan Comprehensive Cannabis Law Reform Initiative Committee was founded in February of 2015 to begin the work necessary to bring a cannabis legalization initiative to the voters in November of 2016. After turning in 354,000 signatures, the MILegalize plan was suppressed by the State in the notorious rigged election of 2016, which resulted in MILegalize fighting all the way to the US Suprem

e Court with no justice. Spring 2017 is the petition drive and November 2018 we will be on the ballot! The committee's foundation lies in three pillars -

1. Protect and improve medical ma*****na patients' rights

2. Legalize adult use of cannabis

3. Encourage our farmers to grow h**p

Call your Legislators and tell them to vote NO on any more cannabis taxes and respect the Will of the People! The Governor and some politicians are trying to raise the price of your cannabis and take Michigan from one of the lowest tax jurisdictions to one of if not the highest taxed jurisdictions! That is not what we voted for in 2018!!!
