Wreaths Across America -Willow Lawn Memorial Park / Stevenson Hockey Wreaths Across America™ (WAA) is a 501 (c)(3). Sponsor a wreath to be placed on a veteran's grave.

Wreaths Across America™ (WAA) is a 501 (c)(3) organization founded by the Worcester family in 2007 as a result of interest in their Arlington Wreath Project. In 2008 and 2009 the United States Congress unanimously decreed the second Saturday of December as Wreaths Across America Day. WAA’s mission, Remember, Honor and Teach, is carried out in part by placing wreaths on veterans’ graves and having

simultaneous ceremonies during the holiday season at locations all over the country and beyond. WAA ceremonies are held at over 800 locations in the USA and 24 offshore sites. Willow Lawn Memorial Park in Vernon Hills, Il was added to these locations in 2021 and the Stevenson Patriots Hockey Club is proud to sponsor this location.

Words can not express how grateful we were for all those who came out on December 14th. To have veterans in attendance and allow us a moment to meet them and show our gratitude for their service meant the world to us as well. We are looking forward to next year and reconnecting with people again as we celebrate the lives of those who are no longer with us and give a little back to say thank you to all our veterans.
