Charmm'd provides executive leaders with knowledge, skills and professional networks to build themse The Charmm’d Foundation was founded in 2005.

Their work first began small and focused by bringing together leaders from different schools and helping them create the cultures they envisioned. The school leaders collaborated, built their teams and learned from each other. Seeing success in the schools began the thought of something even larger. Charmm’d quickly expanded and welcomed executive leaders of tax-exempt organizations from the commu

nities of Beach Park, Glencoe, Kenilworth, Lake Bluff, Lake Forest, Northfield, Wilmette, Winnetka, Winthrop Harbor and Zion. Charmm’d joined these leaders to create a safe and encouraging space to grow. The efforts have led Charmm’d to where they are now. Now they are serving the communities listed above and in addition, executive directors of 501(c)(3) nonprofits throughout the United States. Charmm’d is proud to provide leaders Peer Advisory Groups, Executive Coaching, New Leader Integration services, as well as The Leadership Academy for new leaders and those being considered for leadership roles. Charmm'd also offers Pop-Up sessions for current leadership topic dicussion. All of which offer leaders opportunities to learn, grow and network.

Charmm’d joined these leaders to create a safe and encouraging space to grow. The efforts have led Charmm’d to where they are now which is serving the Illinois counties of Cook and Lake. Charmm’d is proud to provide leaders with opportunities to learn, grow and network through Peer Advisory Groups and Executive Coaching.
