We caught up with .alba to talk about healing, competing, and the love of snowboarding 🩵

“This particular injury was definitely my most severe one. Of course, there is no good time to get hurt but this one hit extremely hard with the timing as it was an Olympic year, and the length of time for my recovery which would take me out of the entire season before it even began.

Sometimes we get caught up in the grind of training and competition, that the joy and love of snowboarding itself, gets a little lost in it all. With the reality that I couldn’t ride, I came to understand the depth of my love for snowboarding. It’s not just something I do, but something that’s a big part of who I am.

It’s this love, and of course the natural competitor in me, that helped me push through the many days of uncertainty, sadness, and even anger. I’m also very lucky to have such a great community that helped me through it all. I’m now cleared to ride and I know that I’ve come out of it that much stronger.” - Sonny

We are here as the official nonprofit for , where the best women in the world are competing in barrel racing, team roping, breakaway, bull riding, bronc riding & goat tying. Tune in tonight on the app to watch the finals!

All the ladies are fundraising for B4BC with the top three fundraisers winning some amazing prizes! Currently, B4BC ambassador is leading with $700 raised! B4BC is excited to return to the Cowtown Coliseum at the Fort Worth Stockyards for the 3rd year in a row as a part of the Premiere Women’s Rodeo!

Join us May 12-15th as we watch the top rodeo girls in the world compete. We’ll have our educational outreach booth activated next to Cowtown Coliseum everyday with our education station, a raffle, silent auction, and a hat press! Miss Hiss with the Texas Rattlers will be at our booth too!

Not in Texas? No problem - we also have an online fundraiser where anyone can sign up and start fundraising. Fundraising is open now through May 16th at midnight PST with the top 3 fundraisers winning some awesome Yeti prizes!

That’s a wrap on our 2026 Winter Prevention Series presented by LivOn Labs 🩷❄️🎀

From first chair to final laps, this season brought together an incredible community across 20 resorts nationwide - all showing up to ride, connect, and support B4BC’s breast cancer education, prevention, and survivorship programs.

Together, we raised over $175K in support of our prevention and education efforts that truly make an impact. 💖

From Pink Poker Runs, Slalom Races and Tribute Rides to raffles, community ride days, and time spent at the B4BC tent learning about breast health - every moment, every dollar, and every person made this series what it is.

Huge thank you to our presenting series sponsor LivOn Labs, our resort partners, sponsors, volunteers, and every single one of you who showed up, fundraised, donated, and supported along the way. We couldn’t do this without you.
