In the 4th quarter issue of The Children’s Friend, Grant and Theron take the ski lift to a new area of the mountain and realize too late that the ski runs are beyond their skill level. Dick, Jean, and their parents travel through a snowstorm to bring a special Christmas surprise to Grandpa and Grandma. Jerry is excited because a family is moving in next door. Will he make a new friend? And an amazing chain of events begins when a missionary’s Bible falls from his saddlebag. You will also find nature nuggets, poems, and a Bible quiz.
