By removing small but critical barriers, the Foundation helps individuals stay on the path to recovery and long-term success.

A big thank you to the Community Foundation of Boone County for awarding Recovery in Motion a $10,000 unrestricted grant!

This funding gives us the flexibility to respond to the needs of participants in Boone County’s problem-solving courts, whether that means helping with transportation, work essentials, or other small financial barriers that can interrupt someone's progress.

We're grateful to CFBC for believing in second chances and investing in our community.

Happy October 1st! Bring on all the Halloween things -- including this fun Poison Apple drink (alcohol-free!).

For two drinks:
🍓 8 pumps strawberry syrup (4 per glass)
🥤 1 can Sprite, divided between the glasses
🧊 Ice
🍏 4 pumps green apple syrup (2ish per glass)
🥛 6 oz. heavy cream

We made this one for less than $2/serving, which is probably cheaper than that Monster Energy drink you purchased at the gas station today. 🤪
