July Meeting Recap! ✨

We had an amazing turnout this month featuring three incredible guest speakers:

• Emily Simone shared expert tips on fitness, healthy eating, and fueling your body to crush your personal goals.
• Audrey Perry guided us through a "Wheel of Life" activity, helping us reflect on our current well-being and find practical ways to create balance.
• Zahyra Ramos from Wepa highlighted exciting continuing education and professional development opportunities to help advance our careers.

Thanks to our amazing community, we were also able to provide our families with essential household supplies, diapers, and laundry detergent!

During our June monthly meeting, we engaged in lively discussions, shared food, and fostered a supportive environment that encouraged open communication and friendship. Our guest speaker for the month, Sara Annibali from Lebanon County Libraries, provided valuable assistance and facilitated the registration process for library cards for our members and their families. She also highlighted various programs and services offered by local libraries that cater to children and families throughout the year, with a special focus on summer activities. 📖
