DDS provides early intervention services for infants and toddlers and prepares them for school and for life. DDS helps infants/toddlers learn basic life skills, in addition to communication and social skills. DDS believes that individuals who are integrated in their communities live a happier healthier life. DDS provides opportunities for adults to find and maintain employment , learn life skills,and provide companionship.

On July 16, DDS held its annual Dinner and Silent Auction at Hebron Banquet Hall. The evening honored our heritage and reflected our mission to help the clients we serve live independently.
Our current Ambassador, Jenny, delivered a heartfelt speech, sharing her personal story and thanking DDS for the support she has received. Guests then enjoyed the silent auction and raffle, with clients helping draw the winning tickets for gift baskets generously donated by local businesses.
We are deeply grateful to the local businesses that donated gift baskets and items, as well as to our generous sponsors and dinner attendees. Your support made this memorable evening possible. We also extend special thanks to the DDS Board of Directors, DDS staff, and Hebron Catering and Events staff.

DDS of Lebanon Valley is a charitable 501 (c)3 organization with a mission to empower children with developmental delays and persons with disabilities to lead more productive, satisfying and/or independent lives. We achieve our mission through training and education services.
A portion also goes to Lebanon County Special Olympics.

This past Saturday, June 20th, Hard Luck Sunnyside Motorcycle Club and Developmental and Disability Services (DDS) hosted the 15th annual Charity Ride and Stroll. The beautiful weather made for a fun day as DJ Derek played the hits, the JBT crew tracked everyone’s laps, and food station volunteers made sure no one went hungry. This year, we also added ice cream from Rock n Bounce Treats, which was delicious! DDS thanks our sponsors—JBT Bank, Royer’s Flowers, Community Christian Fellowship, and Rock n Bounce Treats—as well as our hardworking volunteers, DDS staff and clients, and everyone who participated. We are especially grateful to Hard Luck Sunnyside Motorcycle Club for their continued support of this event. We couldn’t do it without you!
