A huge thank‑you to .ridge.wildlife and the Governor Dick Environmental Center for partnering with TLVC to empower our members with the knowledge of what to do when they encounter injured wildlife.

Molly shared their Community Wildlife Safety presentation, offering practical guidance and deeper understanding of how we can safely coexist with the animals who share our outdoor spaces.

We’re grateful for Raven Ridge’s expertise in wildlife rehabilitation and their commitment to community education. And thank you to Governor Dick for providing such a welcoming space for learning and connection.

We’re thankful for everyone who joined us and for the partners who make programs like this possible. 🌿🦉

Introducing the 2026 Richard H. & Karen R. Light Memorial Scholarship recipient — Ryan Berner!
Ryan is an Environmental Science student at LVC, and we’re thrilled to celebrate his passion, dedication, and bright future in conservation.

We’ll be honoring Ryan at our annual scholarship award ceremony, hosted this year by Lebanon Valley College as part of their Earth Month speaker series.

This scholarship was created to carry forward Richard and Karen Light’s lifelong commitment to protecting the natural world. Each year, it supports a local student pursuing studies in conservation, ecology, natural resources, water management, or environmental science — helping the next generation continue the work the Lights championed so wholeheartedly.

Join us in congratulating Ryan as he continues to enLIGHTen the world of conservation.
