⏰ 📆 We’ve made it to the final week of the school year ⏰ 📆

🙌 And, what an exciting week it will be!

Tomorrow is FIELD DAY 🏃‍♂️ 🤸

Important info-

🔵 Parents will enter and exit through the cafeteria gate. A sign-in table will be set up where they must show ID and receive a visitor sticker in order to participate.

🟡 Volunteers should check in through the front office.

🔵 Students should bring a full waterbottle.

🟡 If you would like your child to wear sunscreen, it must be applied before arriving to school.

🔵 Students may be checked out early after field day is completed.

Volunteers specific info-

🟡 Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and instructions.

🔵When you arrive, please check in at the front desk with Nagina and be sure to bring your physical ID. At check-in, you will receive your station assignment.

🟡To help the event run smoothly, we ask that volunteers remain at their assigned station and not rotate with their child’s class.

🏆 🧑‍🎓 👩‍🎓 Next week, beginning Monday, will be GRADUATIONS (Kinder & 5th) and END OF YEAR AWARD CEREMONIES!

🔵Plan to arrive 15 minutes early. All parents and guests must enter through the exterior cafeteria gate/doors only. All other entrances will remain closed. All adults must bring a physical ID — no exceptions. District policy is No ID, No Entry. Upon entry, you may proceed directly to the gym.

🟡 After the Ceremony- if you wish to check your child out for the day, please sign them out with their teacher, obtain an Exit Pass, and exit through the cafeteria exterior doors. Our staff will be there to collect your exit pass.

🔵Once a student has been checked out for the day, they will not be permitted to return to school later for any additional ceremonies or events. Please plan accordingly.
