Our Veterinary Emergency Team - Texas A&M University deployed to Wimberley, Texas, yesterday. The Aggie veterinarians are helping support Texas Task Force 1 search and rescue canine teams, as well as animals affected by this weekend's flooding.

Family & Friends, due to annual family and rugby events falling on this coming weekend, we will not have a Memorial Aggie Bonfire this year in Leander. Instead, a large group of us are planning on attending the Student Bonfire on Tue, Nov 26 @ 8pm near HWY 6 between Bryan and Hearne. Coordinates of the burn site are 30.744353, -96475759. For the foreseeable future, it looks like A&M won't be playing t.u. anymore. Where does that leave Bonfire? To answer that question, look back to the beginning. Bonfire dates back to a trash-pile fire in 1907. The game with t.u. wasn't formalized as an annual rivalry game until nearly a decade later...
