The Lawrence-Douglas County Housing Authority has tackled the challenge of accessing affordable housing since 1968. On this week's episode of the DCCCA Good News Show, CEO Shannon Oury shares how the organization provides housing for qualifying senior citizens, individuals with disabilities, as well as families. DCCCA CEO Lori Alvarado also welcomes the new executive director of HeadQuarters Kansas to the show. Megan Bridges talks about servicing the 988 National Su***de and Crisis Lifeline in 102 counties in Kansas.
