Uncommon Threads A boutique-style clothing program that empowers low-income women by using clothing and image as tools

Not your average clothing program, Uncommon Threads empowers domestic violence survivors and women in need by using clothes and image to boost self-esteem, self-worth and self-confidence. Clients are social worker referred and receive up to four complete outfits with the help of our "volunteer" stylists. All donations are tax deductible through our partnership with Family Services of The Merrimack Valley.

One of the most powerful things we do at Uncommon Threads is help women see themselves through a different lens. Sometimes all it takes is the right outfit, a little encouragement, and someone reminding them of their worth.
