Diana's story of hope! Hope in Jesus Christ.

From her own raging addiction to Alcohol and drugs to walking through her son’s addiction, which ended in an overdose.

Jesus Christ has provided a way to take what the enemy meant for evil and turn it for good.

Hers is the story of freedom and joy of the Lord in all circumstances!

We open the doors at 6:00 pm for food and fellowship.

We start our meeting promptly at 6:30 pm, and we go until 8:00.

The meeting is held at the New Beginnings Peer Recovery Center
487 Essex St., Lawrence, MA.

This Saturday, we’re grateful to have Amaury from Arstylo barber joining us to provide free haircuts for our unhoused neighbors. 💈❤️

A haircut is more than just appearance — it restores dignity, confidence, and hope. For many, it can help someone feel seen, respected, and refreshed.

It can also make a difference simply feeling human again.

Small acts of care can make a big impact. Thank you to everyone who helps us serve our community with compassion and love.

Today, we were part of Good Neighbor Day America. A nationwide outreach.

We served:

410 individuals reached.
12,100 pounds of food distributed.
Cookout for our unhoused neighbors.
13+ showers provided.
10 loads of laundry.
43 volunteers volunteered.
3 different communities:
Lawrence, Methuen, Haverhill.

Thank you to an anonymous mother who recently donated generously to our mobile shower unit on behalf of her son. Her donation of razors and shaving cream will help to provide dignity and self-respect to the homeless that we serve.

Please join us this Wednesday, 05/13/2026, as Suzanne gives lesson 11: Spiritual Inventory, Part Two.

Two weeks ago, we heard part one of our spiritual inventory, and we looked at areas of our lives.

We looked at our relationship with others, our priorities, our attitudes, and our integrity.

We also talked about how our past actions and each of these areas had a negative or a positive effect on our lives and the lives of others.

On Wednesday, we are going to finish our spiritual inventory.

We will look for some of our additional shortcomings or sins that can prevent God from working effectively in our lives and our recoveries.

Doors at 6:00 pm for food and fellowship

The meeting promptly starts at 6:30 pm, and we will go until 8:00.
