REC Youth is a cool place to hang out, make new friends, and learn about who God is and who he is calling you to become. This happens in three phases:

Reach: We want to reach young people and invite them into an atmosphere where they can learn about Christ, and develop healthy meaningful relationships. Jesus was all about reaching and impacting the lives of those

around Him and we desire to do the same. Encounter: To encounter God we must create opportunities for students to hear the word, and to learn about Jesus. It's our prayer that each time a student walks through the doors they encounter the love and freedom that is found in Christ alone. Connect: Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples." The people we choose to surround ourselves with have a direct impact on our lives. The Bible is full of scripture that points to this fact. We believe that by connecting to other believers, students will not only be encouraged to make better choices, but they will also have healthier friendships. It is through these relationships that the world will be able to see the invisible God become visible.

This morning, our students and leaders headed off to Hume, and while they may have left with packed bags, we’re believing they’ll come home with something even greater.

We encouraged them to come expectant, and we’re believing God is going to meet them in ways they never imagined. Join us in praying that this week is filled with life-changing encounters with Jesus, deeper faith, lasting friendships, and moments that will impact them for years to come.

We can’t wait to hear all that God does this week.

Hello! With the MS & HS Youth going to Hume this upcoming week - these two Sunday services will be cancelled:
August 2 & August 9
No REC Youth on Wednesday, August 5 either as this is Worship Wednesday and the youth will be with their families in the main sanctuary.
Please lift our youth and the counselors up in prayer for safe travels and a real encounter with Jesus!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support our Youth Zumba Fundraiser. Whether you danced, donated, or simply showed your support, we are so grateful for each and every one of you.

Because of your generosity, our youth are heading to Hume Summer Camp this weekend! We can’t wait to see all that God has in store for them. Thank you for investing in the next generation—we appreciate you more than you know!

WATER FUN DAY IS THIS SUNDAY!

Middle & High School students, join us Sunday, July 5 in the Rec and back parking lot for an afternoon of water games, team competition, and lots of fun!

Arrive by 10:45 AM to check in, grab your team shirt, and get assigned to a team. Don’t forget to bring a towel and a change of clothes—you’ll definitely need them!

We can’t wait to hang out, make memories, and have an awesome day together. Invite a friend, and we’ll see you Sunday!
