What an incredible AANHPI Heritage Month!❤️

As May comes to a close, we’re reflecting on a month full of inspiration, learning, collaboration, connection, and community📖💭

We are incredibly proud and grateful to have spent this month alongside so many schools, educators, students, community leaders, partners, and supporters who helped uplift and honor AANHPI stories, voices, and experiences🤩🙌

While our hope is to celebrate, appreciate, and learn from AANHPI cultures, histories, and experiences year-round, there is something especially meaningful about the visibility, recognition, and collective appreciation that May brings💛✨ We are grateful for every conversation, classroom, event, and partnership that made this month so impactful.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Here’s to continuing this work, deepening our learning, and carrying these stories forward all year long🥰

This May AANHPI Heritage month Na Hula Hali’a Aloha Cultural Group and Choomsarang Korean Traditional Dance performed in 7 of our new partner elementary schools in Clark County School District.

1,800+ students had the opportunity learn the significance of these distinct cultures and dances! It was so special to hear feedback that teachers and students alike loved seeing the unique cultural wear and participate in the dancing themselves!

Mirman School partnered with TeachAAPI to integrate APISA history into its existing K–8 curriculum through flexible, classroom-ready resources that supported both educators and students.

From adapting lessons across grade levels to creating moments where students saw their own histories reflected in what they were learning, this partnership shows what meaningful curriculum integration can look like in practice.
