We recently had the chance to share our resources at a Cinco de Mayo community event. It’s always a vibrant and well-attended celebration, and we truly appreciate every opportunity to be part of it. Connecting with the community in such a fun and engaging setting made the experience even more special. We also enjoyed the incredible live performances, delicious food, and variety of activities. A big thank you to Commissioner Marilyn Kirkpatrick and her outstanding team for organizing such a meaningful event and creating a space for connection for us and so many others.

Las Vegas we’re bringing the community together.

On April 18th, I’m hosting Vegas Community Wellness Day, a free event designed to bring people together through movement, conversation, and connection.

We’ll start the morning with a community yoga session, followed by a live panel called “Real Conversations About Wellness.” After that, stick around to explore local wellness vendors, community resources, raffles, and giveaways.

This event is about creating a space where people can move their bodies, learn something new, and connect with others who care about their health and well-being.

Another coalition meeting in the books, and we had a full house! We had a very insightful and engaging presentation by Jacob Schilleci about his recovery journey, and his knowledge helped bring awareness to addiction. We want to thank everyone who came, including the new faces we were able to meet. We hope to see you all again at our next coalition meeting!

We recently had our Conscious Calm Quarterly Sound Bath, and the feedback from our community was amazingly positive! Hosted by one of our very own, Randii Wyrick, she gave a very soothing, and calming experience. If you could not make it this time, we highly recommend that you try and make the next one if possible! Please stay tuned for more information regarding the next Conscious Calm Quarterly Sound Bath.

It’s not about weakness, failure, or bad choices. Addiction can develop in ordinary moments, stressful seasons, or unexpected circumstances. It doesn’t care how prepared you think you are or how well life appears to be going. Addiction can happen to anybody.
