WEEKLY REFLECTION
On Trinity Sunday, we reflected on the beautiful truth that God is not closed in on Himself—God is poured out in love. The Father creates, the Son redeems, and the Holy Spirit empowers, all revealing a God who continually reaches out to the world. As followers of Christ, we are called to receive that love and pour it out to others through service, compassion, and sharing the good news. God is poured out—and through the Spirit, may we become a people poured out in love as well.

QUESTION FOR THE WEEK
How is God calling you to share His love this week?
Prayer for the Week:

PRAYER
Loving God, fill us with Your love and help us share it with others each day. Amen

REFLECTION

Sunday was Pentecost Sunday, and we were reminded that the Holy Spirit is not static, but living, moving, and active among us today. In Acts 2, the Spirit gathered people from different nations and languages into one body, showing that God’s presence breaks barriers and brings unity in the midst of diversity. Like the wind, the Spirit cannot be controlled or confined — it moves us beyond comfort, pushes us toward compassion, and calls the Church to cross boundaries, heal wounds, and bring hope to those who feel forgotten.

Pentecost is not only a story of the past; it is an invitation for us today to move with the Spirit wherever God’s love is most needed.

QUESTION FOR THE WEEK

Where would God be calling you to move during the week?

PRAYER

May we be filled with the Holy Spirit — a Spirit that comforts, challenges, heals, and sends us into the world with courage and compassion.

REFLECTION
On the Seventh Sunday of Easter, we reflected on the prayer of Jesus before Pentecost: “that they may be one.”
In the days between the resurrection and the coming of the Holy Spirit, Christ reminds the Church that unity is not optional but central to our witness. As followers of the risen Lord, we are called to live in love, reconciliation, prayer, and shared mission, reflecting the unity of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
In a divided world, the Church becomes a living testimony to Christ when we choose grace over division and community over isolation.

EXERCISE FOR THE WEEK
Who in your life do you need to reconcile with, encourage, or pray for in order to strengthen unity in the body of Christ?

PRAYER OF THE WEEK
Lord Jesus, unite our hearts in love and help us reflect your grace to the world. Fill your Church with peace, humility, and the power of your Spirit. Amen.
