Fun class by two of our classy artists. ❤️

Our next class is September 24th. In this class you will grid your paper and paint mini-size abstract watercolor pieces, using somoe of your favorite colors and painting intuitively. Then you will use your mini paintings to make greeting cards. You may include mark making (using stencils, watercolor crayons, stamps) to add extra dimension. This class is ideal for the beginner or anyone who just likes to play with paint and mixed media materials

Stop by Paying AtTENtion to Art at the Mesquite Art Gallery, 340 N. Mesquite St, for First Friday fun, Sept. 4, from 4-8 pm.

From fabric to paint to metal to print to found objects, the Ten o 'Clock Club artists' exhibit offers a myriad of creativity, including, just for fun, exhibit titles featuring the word, TEN.

Each month, the group meets on the tenth of the month at 10 am. Discussions ensue based on the work they have been making, with luck and determination, for a minimum of ten minutes sometime each day.

Paying AtTENtion to Art invites visitors to take time to look closely at art in the exhibit and to find inspiration in the abundance of art around all of us. It is the tenth art exhibit featuring the word TEN sponsored by the Ten o'Clock Club, and the third at the Mesquite Art Gallery.
