The Bridge is the place where leaders in each sector come together to explore best practices and innovative solutions to help all Doña Ana County students succeed.

Our President & CEO, Bethany Williams, is continuing The Bridge’s mission of connecting business and education by serving on the Foundation’s Board of Directors. We’re excited to strengthen this partnership and continue creating opportunities that support students, educators, and our community.

Meet our LCPS Foundation Board Secretary, Bethany Williams! 🌟
We are incredibly proud to introduce Beth, a dynamic leader who serves as our Secretary and is also the President/CEO of The Bridge of Southern New Mexico. Beth’s entire career is centered around driving impactful work and providing life-changing opportunities for our school district.
Within the Foundation, the scholarship program holds a truly special place in her heart. She is deeply passionate about opening doors for students to achieve their brightest futures. 🎓

When she isn't advocating for education, Beth loves hitting the golf course, diving into a good book, and spending quality time with her family. Baseball fans might also catch her cheering loud—she is an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan! ⚾🔴
If you ask Beth what drives her, she will point straight to her biggest influence: her son. Watching him set his mind to a goal and relentlessly pursue it with motivation, confidence, and true grit inspires Beth to work harder and be her best self every single day.

We’re working on some big things behind the scenes—exciting collaborations with LCPS and the U.S. Chamber coming in the weeks ahead—and we can’t wait to share more soon.

But last night, we took a moment to step out and support something just as important: community. We were proud to be at the Las Cruces International Film Festival alongside the incredible team at NMSU CMI, celebrating creativity, storytelling, and the talent that makes our region so special.
