💙 Thank You, Dr. Ronald Cabrera 💙

On behalf of the ALAS-Utah Board of Directors, we want to express our deepest gratitude to Dr. Ronald Cabrera for his incredible vision and leadership over the past six years.

Through the 4 Corners Latinx Leadership Academy, Dr. Cabrera has done more than develop leaders—he has built a community. He has created a network of educators and administrators equipped with the skills, knowledge, and disposition to better serve students, families, and schools across our region.

Yesterday, Dr. Cabrera announced that the upcoming cohort will be the last one under his leadership. While this marks the end of an extraordinary chapter, his influence will continue to be felt through the hundreds of leaders he has inspired and mentored.

Thank you, Dr. Cabrera, for believing in people, investing in future leaders, and leaving a legacy that will continue to strengthen our communities for generations to come.
