LISS Update for Families

We are excited to share that the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) received 1,925 applications for the FY27 Low Intensity Support Services (LISS) Program from families in the Southern and Eastern Shore Regions.

Our LISS team is working diligently to notify all 1,925 applicants of their selection outcomes. At this time, we are receiving a high volume of emails and phone calls regarding the application process, which is slowing down our ability to complete notifications.

To ensure that all families receive their results as quickly as possible, we kindly ask that you refrain from contacting LISS staff regarding application status at this time. Our highest priority is completing the notification process for all applicants.

We understand that families are excited and eager to learn the outcome of their applications, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Upcoming LISS Virtual Information Session
We encourage all LISS applicants and interested families to attend our upcoming virtual information session:

🕙 10:00 a.m. Sharp

During this session, we will:
Provide an overview of the LISS Program and available services.
Review the documentation required to qualify for funding.
Answer general questions about the program and application process.

Please note: You do not need to be selected for funding to attend this session. All families are welcome.
