Your mission trip may be over, but the opportunity to serve isn’t. Coming home can feel like closing a chapter, but what if it’s actually the beginning of a new one? keep praying. keep serving. keep sharing the hope of jesus. and remember, you don’t have to travel across the world to live on mission.

the mission continues right where you are.

Team Hindman left Jimani this morning and made it to the airport!

Pray for this team all the way home, and for our DR Ministry Directors Chad and Amy (tardiefamily ), and their son Devon Tardie as they take a well needed break for a few weeks after recently finishing up their first year as missionaries!

What a glorious week this team had!

Well, those who know RTS Missions, knows what today is.

Team Hindman has the opportunity today to take in some of God’s beauty in the Dominican Republic.

They also get the chance to meditate on what God did through them and in them this week!

Also, we get to praise God for the 4 souls that now have new eternal addresses because of the obedience of this team to “GO!” 🚀🚀

❤️ REACHING. TEACHING. SENDING.

At RTS Missions, we LOVE reaching and educating the next generation!
🇩🇴❤️

Look at these smiles, these relationships, and these passionate Child Advocates pouring their hearts into the lives of children. They’re doing so much more than teaching lessons; they’re building relationships, sharing hope, demonstrating the love of Jesus, and investing in lives that matter for eternity.

The next generation matters. Their hearts matter. Their eternity matters.

We’re grateful for our incredible Child Advocates who show up, love deeply, and serve faithfully!

Nothing we do is insignificant.
Only Jesus! 🙌❤️

Feeling unqualified to serve on the mission field? You’re not alone!!

Sometimes we think we need more experience, more knowledge, or all the answers before we can say yes to serving. But missions isn’t about having it all together. It’s about faithfully serving Christ, growing in His Word, and pointing others to Him.

We’re still learning, too. And we’re thankful that our sufficiency comes from God, not ourselves. (2 Corinthians 3:5) You don’t have to know everything to take the next step. Save this for the days you feel unqualified, and share it with someone who needs the reminder.!

Nothing we do is insignificant. ❤️

At RTS Missions, we believe that with God, even the smallest moments can have an eternal impact.

Sometimes it looks like sharing the Gospel. Sometimes it’s providing a meal, teaching a child, or walking alongside a struggling family.

And sometimes, it looks like a smile, a hug, or a little girl’s belly laugh that fills the air with pure joy.

Never underestimate the power of showing up, loving someone well, and reminding a child that they are seen, valued, and loved.

Because behind every smile is a life that matters to God.

Never stop loving. Never stop showing up. Never believe that what you do is insignificant.

Nothing is insignificant when it’s done for Jesus.

Only Jesus!

We are so blessed by the relationships God is building in Honduras!

This is Blanca! We have posted about her before. She is amazing.

Last month we stopped by and she was heartbroken and with tears in her eyes told us that she has not been able to connect with her son in Texas for three days. No one knew where he was or had heard from him.

Before we left, the team prayed with her and over her. We left not knowing what would happen.

Today we were back in Honduras and went to visit Blanca. This time she had tears of joy! She explained that after we prayed and left, she was contacted and informed that her son was indeed well and alive, but would have to travel back to Honduras.

She was so grateful, and praised God for our time with her when she needed comfort and to be prayed for, and to receive that answered prayer.

Blanca is such a wonderful and strong women. She had a stroke 15 years ago and was told by doctors she would probably not walk again or use her arms. She told us that she laid in bed after months of rehab and nothing working, that she prayed and told God if she had to live like that to just take her, but prayed that He would heal her.

Look at her today! Faith like a mustard seed. Praise God!
