United Way of Pasco County

United Way of Pasco County United Way of Pasco County was founded in 1982 and since that time has raised more than $34 million to support our community.

Our Mission: To enrich the quality of life in Pasco County by mobilizing, developing and supporting community resources. The United Way of Pasco is committed to helping those who need us right here in our own community. When we advance the common good in our community, we create opportunities for a better life for all. WE ALL WIN when a child is mentored and succeeds in school. WE ALL WIN when fam

ilies are financially stable and parents are employed and maintain independence. WE ALL WIN when the basic needs of our community are met. United Way’s Community Care Fund supports 28 programs at 23 local partner agencies. Our partner agencies were able to use donor gifts as matching dollars to leverage additional program funding from our state and federal governments. These organizations provide more than $100 million of services in our community. EDUCATION, INCOME, HEALTH and BASIC NEEDS – these are the building blocks to a strong community. By addressing the underlying causes of the problems here in Pasco County, we will create long-lasting changes and impact on our community.

United Way Pasco continues to stay connected to the heart of our community- meeting people where they are and building partnerships that make a real difference across Pasco County and beyond.
Over the past few weeks, our team has had the opportunity to:
• Host a table at Marchman Technical Institute’s Resource Fair, connecting with students and many West Pasco residents
• Attend the WREC Members Meeting, where we enjoyed engaging with even more East Pasco residents and community leaders
• Celebrate and thank FACTS Engineering for another terrific campaign year after year- your continued support helps strengthen lives throughout our community
• Attend the Feeding Pasco’s Elderly Breakfast, highlighting one of our incredible partner agencies that serves thousands of senior citizens each year by delivering groceries and healthy food directly into their homes
• Tour Jabil in Pinellas County, hosted by our amazing corporate donor Duke Energy, and learn more about the engineering and medical equipment innovations that also impact Pasco County residents

These moments remind us that collaboration, compassion, and community partnerships are what drive meaningful change. Thank you to every organization, volunteer, donor, and resident helping us build a stronger Pasco together!

Over 150 care bags were donated in support of United Way and our valued community partner, the Coalition For The Homeless Of Pasco —made possible by the generosity and teamwork of Target of Lutz! 🎯❤️💪

We’re proud to work alongside the Coalition every day—answering calls, creating case files, and helping connect individuals, seniors, and families to housing and financial assistance before and during times of crisis.

Target staff came together to assemble essential items including washcloths, razors, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, bandages, Vitamin C, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and more. Each bag is a small but meaningful step toward providing comfort, dignity, and support to our neighbors in need.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this impact possible in our community! 💙 Target is truly one of the most community driven and caring businesses in our county!
