The company was founded and is owned by Cheryl Borden and Rex Garret. They have a long history of successfully operating multiple entities providing human services; specifically residential support services to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities in community based settings. Historically, services were consistently provided with a focus on quality of life and person centered support; they will continue to be set to this standard. Throughout Cheryl and Rex's careers, they have had the opportunity to serve and develop services for hundreds of people. As service providers with over 50 years of combined experience they have provided residential services in multiple states and they also have developed numerous individualized service models.
