We had a wonderful Friday meeting learning more about the Literacy Program! shared about all the amazing programs they offer (also free of charge)! Literacy for all is not just a moto but rather a mission.

Free Walk-In Tutoring is offered at the Redbud Library in Clearlake on Saturdays from 10am - 12pm!

Walk-in tutoring can offer help with reading, writing, filling out forms, English conversation, and more. This service is for ages 16 and older.

No appointments or reservations are required. 30-minute sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis.

It’s a simple way to challenge yourself to read a bit more over the next couple of months, and it’s open to everyone — Pre-K, kids, teens, and adults. If you have young kids, reading together counts too.

Head over to the library's website to get started or just stop by the desk next time you’re in the branch and we’ll get you registered.
