📣 **PTO Executive Board Secretary – Temporary Vacancy**

We’re looking for someone to step in and serve as our **PTO Executive Board Secretary** to fill a **temporary vacancy while our current Secretary is on maternity leave**.

This is a great opportunity to get involved, support our school community, and gain experience serving on the PTO Executive Board!

📝 **Secretary Responsibilities Include:**
• Taking and organizing meeting minutes
• Helping keep PTO records and communications organized
• Supporting the Executive Board with meeting preparation and follow-up
• Helping keep families informed about PTO activities and events

✨ **No previous PTO board experience is required!** We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, collaborative, and willing to lend a hand.

Open House is coming up!

All families and students are invited to LUSD's Open House on Monday, August 10th, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

This will be a wonderful opportunity for students and families to connect with teachers and staff, pick up schedules, and deliver any needed school supplies for your student.
