Holly Kelley CPA has more than 30 years of experience in tax, accounting, and business consulting. Helping Catapult members navigate the financial side of their businesses since 2021, she can answer questions about deductions and sales tax to choosing the right business entity, understanding IRS or FDOR notices, setting up accounting systems, and planning for future expenses.

What do our entrepreneurs love about working at Catapult?

If you ask them, you'll hear a lot of the same answers. The private offices that give them space to make their own, meeting rooms that make it easy to bring clients in, the community of entrepreneurs they can collaborate and bounce ideas off of, and a location that keeps them connected to everything happening in downtown Lakeland.

Before opening at Depot 303 Food Hall, Tilaw built its foundation at Catapult, growing from a food pop-up and catering business into the thriving restaurant it is today. Through access to commercial kitchen space, mentorship, and a community of support, Cherish and her team were able to refine their business and prepare for the next step.

We're honored to have been part of their journey and love watching our launched members continue to grow throughout our community! If you haven't visited Tilaw Asian Fusion yet, be sure to stop by Depot 303 and support another Catapult alum!
