On October 7, 1975, the Mu Zeta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. was officially chartered in Polk County, Fl.

For 51 years, the Brothers of Mu Zeta Lambda have proudly served the Polk County community with Manly Deeds, Scholarship and Love for All Mankind.

MOT season is officially in session.

On Saturday, we hosted the MOT orientation to welcome new and returning young men to our program. These young leaders learned about the rich history and expectations of the Men of Tomorrow program.

In this first session, we taught these young men how to properly introduce themselves, exchange handshakes and interact in public settings. We are excited about the upcoming opportunities for our Men of Tomorrow to grow and lead within the program.

If you know a young men from 6-12 grade who could benefit from this program, contact us to learn how to get him enrolled.

We would like to invite all brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. to our September chapter meeting. Join us as we welcome our new chapter officers for the 2026-27 fraternal year. The chapter officer installation ceremony will start at 6:00 PM.

All brothers are welcome and encouraged to attend this meeting. Please contact us with any questions that you may have. We look forward to a great meeting and fellowship.
